For a long time, I've been looking for Porsche firmware, and now I found a gigantic source of Porsche firmware.
While digging through about 100GB of data, I found a bunch of Gen2 and Gen2.5 Soundaktor firmwares for the Cayenne E3, in all kinds of different versions, for all variations of 9y0907159.
Today, I "unlocked" the Gen 2 firmwares, so you can use them on any Gen 2 xxx907159 soundaktor module, with any VIN and any engine. I flashed the D variant on my car. It's pretty subtle, and doesn't change to a different sound when switching the driving profile (but of course, it's possible to change that). The firmware is also ready for use if you dont have driving profiles functionality, because they have the sound on by default.
Gain graphs inside this firmware are pretty straightforward:
And the sound samples aren't very extreme either, but so far it sounds pretty realistic inside my cabin.

I'm sorry but I am not 100% sure that I understand: can I use a xxx907159 to "power" an exterior soundaktor or is just for the interior soundaktor?
Yes you can use it like that. Just dont flash the 160 firmware onto a 159

I would be grateful if you could explain how to add drive profiles into it, I am mostly interested to have no noise in Eco or Normal mode, but rather have noise in Sport mode

I liked the firmware from 2.9 biturbo because it sounds good on a station wagon in combination with a panoramic roof (the effect feels like an echo from a good exhaust), I'm delighted, it's the best thing I've tried. а у меня на дизеле битурбо ни одна прошивка не запела совсем.
заливается, но даже намека на звук нет.
скорее всего это бензиновые версии, либо просто неподходящие к дизелю
