
A lot of people today are mourning the loss of one of Hollywood's biggest legends, Leonard Nimoy, better known as Spock from the original Star Trek series. What many might not know was that in 1966, Spock drove a beautiful 1964 Buick Riviera. It makes sense, the Riviera was a classy car, and not cheap either, I know because my Dad owned the same car in those days.


I guess Spock liked to ride a bike on the set to go get lunch, and William Shatner, Captain Kirk, used to steal the bike just to play a joke on him. Leonard eventually locked the bike in the trunk of his Buick to keep it safe, so what did Shatner do? He had the car towed-hahah! You can watch this video of the story.
